The Emily Hendrickson Scholarship Fund
Our scholarship fund honors Emily Hendrickson, a Grande Dame of The Beau Monde who was extremely generous with her time in serving others in the chapter with answers to questions. Hendrickson’s The Regency Reference Book was the primer on which many Beau Monde members first learned about the marvelous Regency period. She published more than 50 traditional Regency romances and is the recipient of the RT Best Regency Romance of 1993 for Elizabeth’s Rake. In the last few years, she has seen her books be reprinted in hardcover in England to wild success and as e-books here in the U.S. Retired from writing, she lives in Reno, Nevada, with her beloved husband, a retired airline pilot.
